🍫 Recipe: Brownie Batter Blended Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use either Hunter & Gather or Welleco)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp 87.5% 80Noir Ultra dark chocolate (shaved or melted)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ tbsp almond butter

  • ¾ cup almond milk

  • 2 soft pitted dates (remove stones)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a jar or bowl and let it chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
