Research Pilot 01 - In House August 2024
☕ Which Boosts Focus More?
A 5-day swap: morning coffee → 82.5% dark hot chocolate shot
The 5-Day Challenge
In August 2024, we invited 35 habitual coffee drinkers to replace their morning coffee with our 82.5% dark hot-chocolate shot. The pilot exceeded expectations and became the catalyst for our 12-month Research & Consultancy Programme.

🎯 The Game-Changer
“I thought giving up my morning coffee would be like trying to run a marathon backwards — impossible and slightly crazy. But this chocolate shot? It’s like upgrading from a flip phone to a smartphone. Same job, way better execution!” — Trevor, former coffee addict
What Does This Mean?
- • More bandwidth: everyone reported more time for exercise and everything else.
- • Shorter to-do lists: daily “today lists” decreased considerably.
- • Memory boost: participants remembered everything on the list — and more.
Fact: Theobromine has a longer half-life than caffeine, often giving a steadier energy curve. Individual responses vary.

HOT CHOCOLATE SHOT
