If you would like to return your products, we can only accept unopened goods (with their seal intact) within 2 weeks of their order date.
Shipping is at your own expense.
Once an item has been used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
If an item is broken, you must take photos as proof and send them over to firstname.lastname@example.org before a replacement will be issued.
If a refund is given, it will be for the cost of the product ordered. Shipping is not included in the refund.
