From Papua New Guinea. Smooth, beautifully rounded and an effortless introduction to darker chocolate. Make it with milk for comfort or hot water when you want the cacao to come forward.
The Deep One
From the Malekula Islands. Deep, beautifully complex cacao character with very little sugar and a wonderfully grown-up finish. A richer expression for those who love their chocolate a little darker.

Cacao from Papua New Guinea and the Malekula Islands. Cacao mass and cocoa butter. Nothing else. No added sugar and no sweetness to hide behind — just the beautifully complex character of pure cacao.

From a beautifully direct morning cacao shot to a slower, more indulgent evening cup, the Discovery Ritual invites you to explore chocolate in your own way. Across the box, enjoy approximately 9–15 cups of real dark drinking chocolate, depending on your chosen serving size.

9g chocolate + 80–100ml hot water.
Whisk thoroughly until smooth and glossy.
Let the day soften.
For a slower, more indulgent cup, use approximately 15–22g of your chosen chocolate with 150–200ml warm milk or your preferred milk alternative.
Whisk until beautifully silky. Use a little less chocolate for a lighter cup, or a little more when you want something richer and more enveloping.
Make it yours.
Add a pinch of Chai, Pumpkin or Aztec spice. Experiment with milk, water or a combination of both.
Start with a little spice, whisk it through, taste and add more if you wish.

Delivery Timings
UK Deliveries:
- Estimated arrival within 3-7 working days.
- For packages weighing under 1.5kg, we dispatch via Royal Mail 2nd class, with signature confirmation upon delivery.
- For packages exceeding 1.5kg, we utilize APC for overnight delivery.
International Deliveries:
- Within the EU, shipments are sent using DHL Road, with specific timings varying by destination country.
- For other international destinations, distributors are requested to complete the provided form for tailored shipping arrangements.
- Unless required, all shipments to USA may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Dispatch Details:
- Orders are processed and dispatched the next working day following order placement, except for orders received over the weekend, which are dispatched on Monday.
- Tracking information (where applicable) will be sent via email after dispatch.

During peak times such as Christmas, Easter, and other holidays, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 5-10 days. Customers will be notified via email if there are any changes to the expected timeline.

If you would like to return your products, we can only accept unopened goods (with their seal intact) within 2 weeks of their order date.
Shipping is at your own expense.
Once an item has been used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
If an item is broken, you must take photos as proof and send them over to info@80noirultra.com before a replacement will be issued.
If a refund is given, it will be for the cost of the product ordered. Shipping is not included in the refund.
