Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt with vanilla flavouring
- 30g 80Noir Ultra® 100% dark chocolate
- A little hot water to melt the chocolate
- A splash of almond milk
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 freshly squeezed orange
Use more almond milk if you want a lighter, smoother pourable texture before freezing.
Blend & Freeze
- Melt the dark chocolate with a little hot water until smooth.
- Add the Greek yoghurt, melted chocolate, almond milk, ginger and fresh orange juice to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until creamy, glossy and fully combined.
- Pour into ice pop sleeves or moulds.
- Freeze standing upright until fully set.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer as a cooling chocolate protein snack.
