Delivery Timings
UK Deliveries:
- Estimated arrival within 3-7 working days.
- For packages weighing under 1.5kg, we dispatch via Royal Mail 2nd class, with signature confirmation upon delivery.
- For packages exceeding 1.5kg, we utilize APC for overnight delivery.
International Deliveries:
- Within the EU, shipments are sent using DHL Road, with specific timings varying by destination country.
- For other international destinations, distributors are requested to complete the provided form for tailored shipping arrangements.
- Unless required, all shipments to USA may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Dispatch Details:
- Orders are processed and dispatched the next working day following order placement, except for orders received over the weekend, which are dispatched on Monday.
- Tracking information (where applicable) will be sent via email after dispatch.
Please Note:
During peak times such as Christmas, Easter, and other holidays, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 5-10 days. Customers will be notified via email if there are any changes to the expected timeline.
Customs and Taxes:
- For international shipping, please note that customs taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, and these additional charges must be borne by you.
- We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in a timely manner and appreciate your understanding of these conditions.

If you would like to return your products, we can only accept unopened goods (with their seal intact) within 2 weeks of their order date.
Shipping is at your own expense.
Once an item has been used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
If an item is broken, you must take photos as proof and send them over to info@80noirultra.com before a replacement will be issued.
If a refund is given, it will be for the cost of the product ordered. Shipping is not included in the refund.
