  6. Pop the silicon mat with all the chocolate coated dates, in the freezer for half an hour and then bring out to be in the fridge
  7. Once frozen and solid you can enjoy to your hearts content, and know that there are no unnecessary ingredients to give you a little bite of happiness and the perfect snack!
