Coeliac Friendly: Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Nutella

This coeliac-friendly dark chocolate Nutella recipe is an excellent example of how we can incorporate wholesome ingredients into our daily lives while taking care of our physical wellbeing and mental health.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup 80Noir Ultra dark chocolate beads
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (or a gluten-free sweetener)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them for about 10 minutes, or until they appear golden brown and start to release their aroma. Allow them to cool slightly.

2. Remove the hazelnut skins by rubbing them off with your hands or using a clean kitchen towel. You don't need to remove every single skin, but try to get most of it off.

3. Add the skinned hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. This may take up to 5 minutes.

4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in increments of 30 seconds, stirring each time until fully melted. Alternatively, use a double boiler method.

5. Add the melted dark chocolate, unsweetened cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor with the hazelnut paste. Blend everything together until smooth and combined.

6. Storing: Keep your homemade dark chocolate Nutella in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.

**TIP: If you want it runnier, add a some hazelnut oil or coconut oil to your spread!
