50g of 80Noir Ultra
350ml of milk of choice (oat milk works wonders)
30ml of hot water
2 scoops of ice
Take the 50g of 80Noir ultra into a jug and pour the hot water over, whisk until it is smooth.
Pour the cold milk over the warmed chocolate and stir.
Pull out 2 tall glasses and pour the ice into them.
Slowly pour the cooled chocolate over ice and serve with a enjoy a long slow summertime cooler.
