Meditative Benefits...

The purpose of mindfulness meditation is to bring one's complete attention to the present moment and dwell deeply into the present experience. It has become a very popular and useful practise for so many, and a great way to find peace in an otherwise busy stressed out world. There are many forms of meditation and one such form of mindfulness meditation is chocolate meditation, similar in every aspect except you do this with a hot chocolate, to infuse, release stress and unwind and is a great variation on all the other versions you see. Try it for yourself and repeat. Personally, I try to do this every morning as part of my morning routine and notice a huge positive difference to my do when I do. The only difference is that for me, I make it into a drink rather than eat it. Pure chocolate made with hot water and whisked.

You might not instinctively go to Chocolate when you first think of meditation but Chocolate meditation is one of the most pleasurable and an interesting form of mindfulness meditation and can benefit you in a lot of ways.

Life Enhancing

Chocolate meditation can be a part of your daily routine and help you build resilience to stress. What Is Chocolate Meditation?

Eating Meditation

Chocolate meditation involves taking a piece of chocolate, especially dark chocolate and eating it mindfully by enjoying its essence and noticing the flavours of the chocolate. This mindfulness-based approach also helps in losing weight. In addition, it also helps to calm your body and mind, wards off your physical and mental stress which eventually leaves you feeling better, refreshed and makes you ready to face your day-to-day struggles with a positive attitude.

Drinking Meditation

Drinking the chocolate, starts from the moment you make the hot chocolate. The intention to make a beautiful, relaxing and soothing drink, letting the chocolate aroma fill your senses and start the process ofrelaxation. Breathing deeply and setting affirmations for the meditation. Noticing the flavours and in particular how the chocolate starts to fills you body and ground to the floor, so you feel supported and calm. This is another way to help in losing weight, as well as calming your body and mind, wards off your physical and mental stress which eventually leaves you feeling better, refreshed and makes you ready to face your day-to-day struggles with a positive attitude.

Try it for 2 weeks everyday and you will start to see big positive changes to your wellbeing.
