SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Our delivery times are as follows:

UK: 3-7 working days. For packages under 2kg, we use Royal Mail 1st class. For packages over 2kg, we use DPD Local.

Orders placed will be made and dispatched the following day (unless it falls on a weekend) in which case it will be dispatched on a Monday. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, they will be dispatched on Monday.  After your order has been dispatched, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please be advised that in busy periods, time lines may be extended by 5-10 days (Christmas, Easter, Holiday etc) If so, an email will be sent out to advise you of timings. 

EU: Timings depending on country. We use DHL Road.

International: We currently do not have the facility to ship internationally

If you would like to return your products, we can only accept unopened goods (with their seal intact) within 2 weeks of their order date. Shipping is at your own expense. Once an item has been used, it can no longer be accepted for return. If an item is broken, you must take photos as proof and send them over to info@carolearmitage.co.uk before a replacement will be issued. If a refund is given, it will be for the cost of the product ordered. Shipping is not included in the refund.
