Are the hot chocolate and spices suitable for vegans? Yes, our hot chocolate and spices are vegan-friendly when prepared with plant-based milk.
How should I care for the 80Noir Ultra flask? To maintain the performance of your flask, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and drying it thoroughly after each use.
When will my mid-range hamper be delivered? We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. You'll receive specific delivery details after ordering.

Our delivery times are as follows:
UK: 3-7 working days. For packages under 1.5kg, we use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.
Overnight For packages over 1.5kg, we use APC.
Orders placed will be made and dispatched the following day (unless it falls on a weekend) in which case it will be dispatched on a Monday. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, they will be dispatched on Monday. After your order has been dispatched, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you.
Please be advised that in busy periods, time lines may be extended by 5-10 days (Christmas, Easter, Holiday etc) If so, an email will be sent out to advise you of timings.

If you would like to return your products, we can only accept unopened goods (with their seal intact) within 2 weeks of their order date.
Shipping is at your own expense.
Once an item has been used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
If an item is broken, you must take photos as proof and send them over to firstname.lastname@example.org before a replacement will be issued.
If a refund is given, it will be for the cost of the product ordered. Shipping is not included in the refund.
