Aztec Gold Hot Chocolate
220ml of hot water
220ml of oat milk
27g 80Noir Ultra chocolate beads
1 x cinnamon stick
1” inch of grated ginger
2 whole cloves
Quarter teaspoon of turmeric (or a nub of grated turmeric)
1 star anise
Pinch of cayenne pepper

1. Brew. Pop all ingredients except 80Noir Ultra in a pan with the milk and water and gently heat up for 10 mins.
2. Sieve. Sieve the spices out and then add the chocolate.
3. Whisk. Whisk and serve.
4. Enjoy. The perfect pick-me-up!
